Custom gunite pools are a major construction project.
Here is how we bring your paradise to life.
Design & Permitting
We work with you to create a 3D design that fits your vision. A pre-construction meeting takes place, where we confirm the pool layout and prepare for dig. We handle the permits and inspections from start to finish.
Excavation & Plumbing
Our excavation team arrives and begins digging the pool. Once complete, we arrive to lay plumbing lines from the pool to the equipment. Next the rebar is installed, the steel grid that will reinforce the gunite of the pool. Just a couple of inspections and we are ready to shoot!
Gunite Application
Concrete is sprayed at high velocity to create the structural shell of the pool. Your project will finally look like a pool, instead of a hole in the ground! The shell the needs to cure for 28 days as we prepare for tile and coping.
Tile & Plaster
Your selected finishes, coping, tile, and decking, are installed. As our team preps and does a final cleaning to get ready for plaster day. Once the plaster is applied, we begin filling the pool with water!
